Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 26, 2015, Stephen M. Quennoz, Vice President, Nuclear and Power Supply/Generation of Portland General Electric Company (the Company), notified the Company of his decision to retire effective September 30, 2015. Mr. Quennoz, who is 67 years of age, has been an employee of the Company for over 24 years.
