Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On September 10, 2019, William Nicholson, Vice President, Utility Technical Services, announced his retirement from Portland General Electric Company (the “Company”), effective December 31, 2019. The Company thanked Mr. Nicholson for his 39 years of dedicated service and valuable contributions to the Company.
