Marie Huber
Marie Oh Huber has over 30 years of experience of strategic business, legal, regulatory and public policy experience in large global public technology companies. Until 2024, she served as senior vice president and chief legal officer of eBay, Inc. She joined eBay in 2015 from Agilent Technologies, where she served as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary since 2009. She has strategic and operational experience across global technology, internet/e-commerce, consumer-facing, manufacturing and life sciences industries at scale in global Fortune 500 companies, including global M&A, geopolitical, regulatory, risk management and oversight, finance and capital allocation, corporate governance and sustainability. She serves on the Law Board at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and the Advisory Board, Millstein Center for Global Markets and Corporate Ownership at Columbia Law School.
