PORTLAND, Ore., Oct 25, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Portland General Electric Company (NYSE:POR) has declared a quarterly common stock dividend of 23.5 cents per share. The dividend is payable on January 15, 2008, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December, 26 2007.
